Well two days in to the training plan and nothing challenging in terms of miles.
I ran at 6:30 on Monday morning which was great to get the run out of the way early in the day but I must admit after not running in the morning for quite a period of time, the legs were very heavy for the first couple of miles.
The weather has been great, only problem with that was a short 4 mile run on Tuesday night was tough. The body is purely adjusting to running every day rather than out of training plan, where you may only be running every other day. However today was also a big day as Rosie went for her first vaccinations, a perfect example of having to balance running and a new born!
