One thing I have always been bad at are training days off!! I always focus upon getting the miles in and on a day off getting to circuits or out on the bike, however I have promised myself for this marathon I am not going to do that during rest days!
Yesterday was a rest day, and I rested! Home after work, feel asleep while Rosie was being feed, and then went for an ice cream! This is the best preparation with a half marathon coming on Saturday, which will be run in extremely warm weather.
